Acer Swift 7 at IFA 2016. In fact, the thinnest laptop in the world!

Not spared the annual IFA show and the company Acer. Taiwanese brought to Berlin a few interesting new products, but the most interesting is a laptop called Swift 7. Despite the super-slim body, Acer novelty can boast a rich set of ports or capacious battery. It has two ports, USB Type-C 3.1 and 3.5-mm audio jack for headphones.

Given the dimensions, connectors abundance nobody expected. So it is, Acer Swift 7specs is equipped with two USB Type-C 3.1, and Mini Jack for headphones. At first glance, this is not enough, but Apple has shown by example that even with one USB Type-C can live. Battery capacity is not reported, but Acer’s representatives assured that on a single charge the laptop can run for up to nine hours.

Start of sales is planned for October this year. The Acer Swift 7 price is expected in the region of 1300 euros. It all looks very tempting, although the price is a bit of bite. For my tasks (typing and viewing videos on YouTube) power this laptop would suffice with a head, but the compact size would be a huge advantage. How a company new Acer?
